Elemental decrease w/ Ele Wand 5
Sooo...my question is: If I use my f/p perfect ele wand 5(want the ma ) would Elemental Decrease cancel out the penalty done to my I/L's skills?
It probably won't but I've had it on my mind and my I/L isnt high enough to test it out yet
