You have really nice shading, and I like the way you drew his eyes, it really does look like his character.

I think I understand the pose you were going for, but (his) left arm is unfortunately going to have to cover his crotch to be anatomically correct in that position
As @LadyVuitton said, the shoulders are uneven, but personally I think it's because his right shoulder/arm is too squashed up against his torso, and if he's relaxed to sit like that he should also be relaxed enough to lean more on his leg. The clothing folds following his torso would make his posture more clear, too.
The legs are pretty foreshortened, so the calves should overlap the thighs, I'm honestly very terrible with legs so I'm not 100% I drew this correctly, but here's a [url=http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v481/Squidyjen/freebies%20and%20etc/NewCanvas.jpg]rough red line[/url] of my opinion. The feet are not correct at all, I have trouble with foreshortened feet without reference @_@;
