What would Maplestory be like without Mesos
So what if mesos (the currency, that is) did not exist?
Would there just be a straight up bartering system? Or would we substitute an item for mesos?

it just wont work... cause there would be too many problems with it
There could only be a currency. The currency cannot be taken away because the result would be disastrous for Nexon HQ. The only thing we COULD do is replace it. And I say we replace it with cookies. The currency would then be priceless because its, well, cookies! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
I think it would be like old day marketing, as in we'll use items to trade o___o
how would we buy stuff from npcs O.o
