@cooldude384 : Just saying, I'm 6' 4", about to hit my second growth spurt and only in 10th grade as well. Finding a girl for me is hard...

In my school, we have a range of short to tall
short is like... 4 ft 5~7 in and tall people are like 6 ft+
and this is only in 8th grade so.... in my school, you're only taller than 50% of the people going there

I think 6'0 is ideal. las I'm only 5'11, and way past the age that I'll grow that extra inch.

Growth spurt really have an effect on the youngins' dont they?

Your school must be really short. I'm fairly average for a guy my age, and I'm a bit over 6'0", with some growth left in me.

For every inch under 5'10 that you are, you need to make another 10k/year for a woman to find you attractive.

i know people that wander around the area of 6'0"-6'5" theyre the tallest of the school

Your school's average height is extremely low.
I'm also 5'7", and I'll probably fit in the bottom half of the shortest to tallest.

Many things i got to clarify... i am taller than 70%, bcuz all the tall people graduated last year, and now loads of grade 9s came in who like 4 ft. I just look at them I go wow... half of grade 9s are like 4-5ft. its crazy up here

also, i agree with genetics, but however, its not always the case. We have a family friend, whose parents are like 5ft both (i know cute match ^_^), but their son is 6'2" i beilieve, He said he swimmed everyday for 2 hours or so. I am sure swimming helps.

Well, I will quit working out for a while and start swimming.

I am happy with my height but not quite satisfied, my friends are 5-9, 5-10, 6, etc. and i feel short among them...

Most of the juniors in my school are pretty short too. I'm like around 5'6 or something. So yeah. I'm trying to do tennis this year at my school and hopefully gain a few inches.

Well, I'm 5'7" and I'm turning 19 early next year... It's all about your preference, but if you're beasting it with bulking up, I'm sure height shouldn't matter for you as that's already a very good height, you're taller than most girls anyway.

You make it sound that you can grow at will... It doesn't work like that. At all.
