I don't usually go in the bathroom with other girls. When I DO, its usually to just talk about other people, to get out of the heat or the cold, or to just pee without having to walk by myself.
As kids, they'll just talk. As teens they'll just gossip. As young adults they'll just gossip and put on make-up. As adults they need another person to go with them so that their make-up doesn't attract any predators.

poop, do all at once

We all gossip while everyone who needs to go does their business then we all leave.
