I'm wondering if there's a guide regarding the most cost-efficient pots to use at whatever max hp/mp level. I know there's an old one which I believe is outdated. Thanks!

3800 for 75% of HP/MP (Ginger Ale) from NLC. They seem like the best pot to go, if you're buying. But what @above said, is also good if you good a good amount of bossing.
Answer is simple. For every boss run, you get 4 pots : Milk, Dew, Elixier and Power
Milk= 2500 mesos for fixed 5000hp
Dew= 5000 mesos for fixed 500mp
Elixer= 1000 mesos for 50% of Maxed HP
Power= 2500 mesos for 100% of Maxed HP
So if you are making small mesos off those then the answer is simple. Sell everything but the Elixier. 2 Elixier = 1 Power meaning 2000mesos vs. 2500mesos
Profit-wise it is best just to use the reg elixiers and sell everything else.
just use elixirs and power elixirs that drop from root abyss/zakum/hilla runs. those bosses are super easy and you'll be loaded with pots in no time
Maybe consider getting a familiar along with pots? I use almost no pots now

yep, just use power elixers or the Alchemy mp and HP ones that heals 7k each and can stack up to 1k per slot
I take the Power Elixirs and regular Elixirs that I get on my other characters from Zakum runs. While the Reindeer Milk and Dews sell for 5k each, Elixirs only sell for like 1-2k. So I basically use Elixirs as my only pots starting from like level 70 on every character.
