Permanent pets?
Looking at the permanent seal package right now and had a couple questions.
1) Do all pets come with the pick-up skill?
2) If I buy it on an explorer, will I be able to transfer it through cash shop to all other explorers?

Yes and Yes
1. All pets come with item and meso pouch (nicest thing Nexon ever did)
2. Explorers all share cash inventory, praise the sun. If you make a different class, wait a year or a few months till the next transfer event (do they do one in the summer and one in the winter?)
yes to both questions.
1) Yes
2) Yes. I have a perm fennec fox and it transfers from all the adventurers I make.
