The Cheapest Flying Mount?

So I just bought the Flying Mount skill from Leafre...ignorantly.

Is there a certain flying mount that's the cheapest that would allow this skill to work?
Or perhaps one that's most available?

were im not 100%sure if they dont fly or if thay should but are glitched
all i know is jag jump owls somehow effected normal owls price (its funny tho when theres a few in fm) normal ones push jag jump ones price down then the people with normal ones lower price (but normal ones tend to sell faster)

but jag jump mount can't fly or few of them? i heard owl jump mount doesnt fly while reg one does.

edit: i can see my white wolf jump mount can fly away!
