Burning Characters and Quest-Doing Hey everyone. So I'm coming off of a one-year break, and I'm seeing that A LOT has changed - to an overwhelming extent. Most notably is this burning character thing. Mostly, when I create a new character after a break, I take it slow and just do quests (especially storyline quests). If I choose to burn a character I'm about to create, will I just level too quickly and out of the recommended level ranges for a lot of the quests? I'm worried that this feature takes the fun out of leveling. Thoughts?

The Death of Two Things Okay, I recently came back from a long break from Maplestory, and I was wondering how two seemingly characteristic things appear to have vanished from the game. 1.) Channel 1 FM population. There were always tons of people buying scrolls, showing off chairs and mounts, buying NX, and there were even bots spamming their websites. Now it's at most 3-5 people - at least in Kradia. How are people even supposed to sell things? Is there a new place boasting a mass populace that I don't know about? Like the shift from Channel 1 Perion to Channel 1 FM? 2.) Hene hoes. I feel like they were the signal that the community of Maplestory wasn't dead. As long as there were people willing to just hang around talking about absolutely

Returning - What all happened while I was away? Hey guys, Sorry if I missed some Basilmarket legislation that made these kinds of threads against the rules, but here I am making it anyway. Ignorance is kind of an excuse, right? I left in January of 2013. That Alice in Wonderland/Crimson Queen/Weird Clown pit in Sleepywood was the latest update, I think, and I think this is also the time when everyone was given a free 30-day teleporting rock? It seems so long ago! How much has the game changed since I've been gone? I'm aware that there are new classes, but are there any basic sentiments about those classes or any kind of revolution in terms of the overall community/maps? I thought I might return to Maplestory for a little bit since I kind of

Random Error Code 11004 So my MS crashed last night randomly, and this morning, I can't seem to start it up. I click to Start button on the website, it gives me the "Will you allow ____ to make changes to the computer?" window, I click Yes, and then it gives me this error: Error Code: 11004 (The requested name is valid but no data of the requested type was found.)" The weird thing is, the window that says "Will you allow ____ to make changes to the computer?" doesn't say "Nexon America" like it usually, or what I believe it usually, said. Instead, it says "Nexon Korea Corporation." Is that weird? Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!

Human Sexuality and Statistics Help Needed Ello, ello. So I'm doing this research for a human sexuality class, and I have to reflect on the relationship between the answers to two questions in a survey we distributed. I also am supposed to talk about the Chi-Squared interpretation. Now, I took AP Stats last year, but I can't for the life of me remember how to interpret the Chi- Squared test. If I look more deeply into it, I could find my answer, but I have the actual final to study for as well - time's running out. It'd be awesome if someone with knowledge in the subject could spread some of that my way. Here are the charts with the results of comparing the answers to the two questions: The Chi-Squared data chart reads as follows: I will pr

Horrible Mistake or Petty Error? So I recently came back to the Maple world after about a year-long break, and I decided to make a F/P Wizard. I got to level 30 and, "just like old times," added a point into Fire Arrow. Then, being the timely person that I am, I looked up guides to see if anything was updated. I saw that Poison Breath was far more important after a few changes to things and that now, most wizards don't even put any SP into Fire Arrow. How grave is this mistake/Will I be forever messed up like a prom night dumpster baby? Advice?
