Whats more worth my time to level?
Blizzard or Freezing Breath? Checked the guides here first, and well, that 'comprehensive' I/L guide is outdated as all heck, lol. I mainly solo things, so the breath doesn't seem as useful to me.
EDIT: I've already maxed the other skills btw. (love that I can buy mastery books now!)

@Deadling: It's a nice support skill if you play in a party, but if you mainly solo it's indeed better to keep at level 1.

I haven't quite gotten up to magnus yet. I need to get better equips still. Sadly I have it higher than level 1, I think it's level 11 atm. But Blizzard it is. Wish I had realized earlier that the skill was worthless, lol.
If you only solo keep freezing breath at level 1, the i-frames every minute can save your life at magnus and all.
Max Blizzard first unless you plan on bossing WITH OTHERS.
You mean the higher crit chance from the stacked freezing, doesn't work with chain lightning? I took a 144 day hiatus, and just came back. So many of these skills are brand new to me.
Before, it would rarely happen. Now, most things will activate it, but still it does not work with Chain Lightning.
That's sorta what I was leaning towards. I had no clue it was broken before. How is it broken? It seems to hit. (though I notice it doesn't increase my freeze count.)
Blizzard, now that the final attack is partly fixed.
