Head of The State Chair
It's probably not a big deal, but head of the state chair, should I buy it for 25m (avg price here) or should I wait for it to deflate or will it inflate? No idea how all this works and what not, but anyways is it worth it in the end? Thanks~

Chairs generally don't inflate if there is an event that releases a large quantity of them into the economy. There just isn't any way that the amount in the economy can decrease (unless people who have them drop them, sell them to item vendors or just a large quantity is eliminated from the market.)
If there is high supply and low demand, the price is generally quite low. If you're a collector of chairs, you my as well purchase this chair to add it to your collection. Otherwise, it's probably not a good investment unless you have large amounts of money.
It'll inflate unless Nexon adds it to Gacha.
