Account problems

I've lost my pic for an account for a while now, I changed it and completely forgot what the code was. This event took place months ago, I can't even remember, losing all hopes I've just been playing on a new account which has not been as enjoyable without the same character I've had since 2008. I would've changed my PIC via e-mail but my account was made so long ago on a gmail account that he can't remember the info to logon allowing me to change the pic. Does anybody have any idea on what I should do. By the way don't tell me to post a ticket to the nexon support because all they just auto close my tickets, I'm looking for any other possible solutions. Someone please help! Any is appreciated >.<
