Account problems I've lost my pic for an account for a while now, I changed it and completely forgot what the code was. This event took place months ago, I can't even remember, losing all hopes I've just been playing on a new account which has not been as enjoyable without the same character I've had since 2008. I would've changed my PIC via e-mail but my account was made so long ago on a gmail account that he can't remember the info to logon allowing me to change the pic. Does anybody have any idea on what I should do. By the way don't tell me to post a ticket to the nexon support because all they just auto close my tickets, I'm looking for any other possible solutions. Someone please help! Any is appreciated >.<

Retarded 4th Job Advancement So last night I traveled to Leafre to finally get my 4th job advancement and I've ended up having to kill both griffy and manon to advance. Now I have not been able to take on any of them for the reason that it just takes too long and then griffy just reduces my mp and hp down to 1 leaving me extremely vulnerable. My friend and I have tried to go into the zone together, but with the new patch the made it so that you have your own instances for somethings, mostly for bosses like Zakum as an example, so I haven't had a choice to even try to get any help. Does anyone have an explanation?
