Which bow to get?
I was hacked a little less than a year ago when mts leaked some info. My bow and everything I was wearing was stripped. I decided to make a new bm recently and I need to rebuild my equipment. I have 50k nx to spend (2.5b) and I was wondering what I could get with that. The hackers left some crappy items that I can still use. My current equipment on my old bm is...

-3% dex +8 dex cape
-3% dex overall
-spiegelmann necklace
-10 att wg
-4% dex belt
-6% dex earrings
-4% dex sneakers
-3 silent crusade rings and a gratias ring
-118 att 3% dex bow
Some of the equipment is untradable so I may keep my old bm. Also because I have no equipment, my str is very low. Even though it had 60 base str, my total is only 130 str atm. If I go for the empress bow, do I need to add more str? If not the empress, should I go for a vip or lower level one with the ~2.5b I can get from selling nx.

Save up for full empress if you want, but full %dex and a well scrolled bow is quite alright as well. especially if you aren't going to scroll/cube everything yourself.

Don't add STR, build up to Empress with evo rings, etc etc
For someone who got hacked, u got some pretty good stuff.
You could try to get face accessory (from Renegades shop if u still have coins) and cube it to get some %dex or just make a shiny archer symbol or w/e its called, but u have to make it. If you do make the symbol, u cant have potential.
If u really wanted to, u can make 2% dex (or better if u lucky) lvl 40 top and bottom. Ur only gonna get like 1 more % of dex.
For the necklace, you could get HT, but idk how to get it via NX, so the next best thing is get green/pink wolf (or w/e the str one is) pendant and maybe get some %dex.
IDK if silent crusade rings are good, but u can probably make dex (or str since u may need for empress bow) rings or get zombie/evo rings somehow.
IDK much about empress bow, but u can probably buy AP or SP reset scroll
