@andylong1014: oh no lol because I have a ton of luck and no wep attack my tempest ring(6% luk 2 att) only gives me a 3k range unlike my S ring which gives more of a boost with 12 attack. A bit irrelevant though

No stats, takes up a ring slot. It doesnt COVER the rings like most other do. Therefore, it is garbage to all damage hoars
