Dang, the rings sound cheap in other worlds. I mean people are trying to sell em for 150m+ in El Nido... It's not like everyone has over 10m on their accounts... Unless they bought tons of meso bags...
I sold my lv 16 ring for 345m at like the first moment it was possible.
this guy told me that he could stack it with his lv 17 ring. Not sure if this is true though..
