Full Tempest or Heliseum Cape?
I'm stocking coins on my Kaiser to get some decent gear at minimal cost. Is it better to get 8 pieces of Tempest or 6 pieces plus the Heliseum cape/belt?
I have both a 144 atk reverse sword (completely scrolled) and a 110 atk 3% str Tempest claymore (clean) already.
I also have 6% str earrings/belt. Will consider cubing the Kaiser hat if it would be a better option than investing in the Tempest stuff.

if u are unfunded use full tempest with a lv 120+ weap you dont have to use 1 of the tempest peices and can still get the full set bonus
i would rather use the heliseum belt and cape. That way you get the 6set temptest effects plus those two. personally im going seven set temptest+heliseum cape
