What is this worth?

Ok, I need a PC on this. I found some Blue Snowshoes (Magician) with Hidden Pot. So I Potentiallizified it and it was 3lined rare. It is 2all stats and then 2 other ones that arent very good like acc or avd or something. Anyway, could I get an estimate of the price of this in Scania? I have been trying to sell it in my shop for 14m but nobody every buys it. Yet 2lined rare VSS are going for 15 right now. I think it is because these are magician only.
