is this scroll transferable between account characters?

This could be the possibility. You can rename them to 10% and they'll still work 100%.

Did you not read that traits does not apply to special scrolls like potential scrolls and equip enhancement scrolls?

of course they can't blow up, that's why they needed to include it on the list of fixes on a prior maintenance along with returning the destroyed items to the owners.

theirs only realy one way to find out cause the people who scroll work could of been lucky

Like I said, use at your own risk, even though it said that it has 100% success rate. If you did manage to remove all error generated, you are rich but that probably won't happen.

Well if it blew up after the fix, I'd say that would be an achievement.

@mrhob But a 0.000001% chance is like having one scroll fail out of 10,000,000. It's not going to just happen every once in a while.

OT: It's Nexon. They've messed it up before, and chances are they'll do it again. People have been using these scrolls all day, so just wait and see if anyone raises a red flag pointing out that it's glitched.

actually, that's correct. There's a rounding error for any numerical probability especially when you compute it by means of a computer (albeit small or large depends on numerical method used). Approximation is typically done with methods such as Taylor series and such and always has some degree of error. Use the pot scroll at you own risk, it can fail even if the fail rate is like .0000001%.

I used one today and it succed.

Its like pokemon. Some moves claim its 100% accuracy but it is actually 99.7% accuracy
