Funding my Dual Blade
I've recently come back from quitting and want to improve everything all my equips. I have around 200 mil, which I know is very little, but I have merching experience and can improve it (keep in mind I just came back and I can start improving the little things). It's come to my understanding that Nova Lyacon equips are very worth trying to improve and can be obtained throw coin farming, and I'd be willing to farm for them. Any help would be appreciated
EDIT: I forgot to screenshot my HTP, it's egged and has a crappy two line pot that doesn't really matter.

Which dagger should I try to use? Loveless Pescas? I could have 700 - 875 mil in the near future.

I believe I have a 6% ring and pendant saved up, those should suffice for now, as well as 6% equips I'm looking to sell for some extra cash. As for completing the empress set, I'm not that interested because if I farm for Heliseum/Nova equips I will have already swapped out with 2/3 of the Nova equips. According to this thread http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/2574412/2#comments_list I can have enough Shadow Merchant coins to buy two equips in around 50 days.
I think what I should do is;
1. Replace my Onyx Glasses with Kenta's Goggles and get 3% LUK to start with that
2. Replace my DB mask with a mystic face (2% from the mask ~> 3% on mystic, 6% total)
2. Improve my Hat and Glove's pot (12% total right there)
3. Swap out my pendant and ring (24% total)
4. That leaves two more pottable ring slots assuming I save a slot for DABR later... So Pinnacle Ring and Unleashed ring (30% total)
5. Slap a rank c neb on all of them brings it up to 38% , add my 9% from my earring and that brings me up to a grand total of [b]47%[/b]
5. Finally that leaves a weapon, like I said earlier, with the introduction of the new classes in Unleashed coin farming would be more accessible meaning more access to 50%'s and Clean Slates. What Dagger/Katara should I try to scroll?
Speaking of scrolling, seeing how all the items I've listed that I wanted to improve have attack on them, should I use chaos scrolls to improve them before I pot? I have a large stockpile of practically all the assortments of Chaos's saved up.

Use the chaos scrolls of goodness on Empress:
@Haruke: You can, it's just that they are harder and require more than 200mill to scroll, pot, enhance, etc those.
Grab tempest 6% luk gear for 50-70m~ apiece (pendant belt shoulder ring). Grabbing a new dagger or finishing your empress to 6 set should be your next priority (if you choose b) then don't buy the temp. shoulder since it'll be replaced)

Yes, however, they are very expensive. With 200mill, you aren't likely going to be able to buy one.

You need some % LUK, pot those Empress equips. Replace the helm, katara, medal, badge, most of the rings to % LUK rings.
