Wasn't Step 1 of the old PVP guide "Live in California"?
Grand Battle Fails..Before it actually depended on some kind of skill. Now it is all about your eq
Actually, some classes were still outright OP'd, and some were just really that bad, not even factoring the lag factor if you don't live on the west coast.

But yeah, still needed more ''skills'' than this failpvp.
New PvP is complete bullcrap. Don't waste your time with it.

- No nerfed skills, meaning any class with invincibility moves, blocking skills, dodge skills has an immense advantage over other classes
- Damage is based on funding. They didn't even remove the potential, like they at least did in old PvP.
- BATK is useless, compared to regular gear.
- 1 Stage, gets boring quickly
- No safe platform
- Classes with damage reflect gives them free kills, or at least greatly weakens you
- No HP buffs, meaning the only way you can regain your HP is dying, or if you're a priest (Advantage to priests in this PvP)

Honestly, besides the fact that it's good exp, I wouldn't waste my time with it.

Here's a few tips if you decide to go anyways :

- Main buffs : ADA, AYA, ABA, Booster, drain, MW and stance. Try to cast 1 aura and the other buffs in-between aura casts. Also, try moving around when buffing, don't stay near spawn points (I usually go towards top mid, people don't seem to fight there alot). Don't use conversion, since there's no way to regain your HP, it's pretty much useless.
- Main attacking skills : FB and Finisher. Finisher has an insane range, as well as a good Up-down hitbox. Chain people that try to flee from you. Dark shock is a good finishing move (I can usually 0HK0 people with it).
- Don't use teleport mastery. The tick it does when it activates gets more in your way than the actual damage from mastery
- Party shield on top left and right spawn points. People tend to be stupid there, or flee from fights happening on the bottom platforms by going there. Free kills for you while being invincible.
-Try to save Body boost for melees.
- Twister spin is pretty much useless, since they gave it awful teleport delay, as well as the fact that they didn't fix that we can't use it to jump up springs. If you ever decide to use it, try to spot people who don't realize you're invincible and don't flee.
- Keep Dark genesis for when you're about to die, or if you have 1-2 people on the brink of death running away from you.

That pretty much sums it up.
I completely agree. I think the other PvP was better mostly cuz of the safe platform so u can buff.

If you have alot of of oppponents running around, use genesis
Better to use Finishing Blow rather than dark shock, more faster, and tracks if they're close enough. use infiltrate if you need to get out of trouble and you're skills are in cooldown.

Body Boost + Twister + Shield = like 1 minute invencibility </3

pretty much what i do when i spawn in is use Party Shield. With that, it will give you enough time to use all your buff skills and your invicible for 40 secs, and if your opponent is stupid enough to go inside of your bubble, (wich is the case of a lot of pplz) you can gte either a free kill or deal some great damage.
you can always use Chain to lure in your ennemies into your bubble and deal some damage.

this is what i do eveytime i respawn wich happen rarely and helps you start up.
as for some help in combat, its best to use body boost for the 10 sec invincibilities to chase down your opponent and when the 10 sec is up, you still have 80% dodge chance thanks to AYA and BB. so the chance of being hit duing your BB is low but dont go rambo style and rush on a phantom using mille or any other hurricane-type move cuz it will wreck you up.
another great skill for PvP as a BaM is of course ... Twister Spin, 20 sec invincibilities at max lvl + deal some great damage.
although it has some downside using it, your prone to stay on the botom platform while your opponent will go on upper platform to flee you, making your TS redendless.
a Tip for that is to start on the upper platform and go down chasing your opponent.
another thing about TS in PvP, i find it really hard to teleport while in it and i cant seem to teleport upward too, maybe a glitch or maybe intended to make us a lil balance in pvp.
and for last but not the least, Dark Shock and Dark Genesis... are very powerfull moves... (when they hit)
when i do it on my opponent, i would deal at least more than 1/3 of their hp.

welp this is pretty much all i can help ya with.
if they are any experienced BaM in PvP here, please do share some tips.

BaMs can drain the MP of Mages and have invincibility in the form of Body Boost, Twister Spin and Party Shield.
