Just let the aim assist do it all for you.
I prefer QSing with the Barrett. I found it a major help to line them up in the middle of the crosshairs beforehand. It seems like common sense, but it makes a big difference if you do it.

Don't move. I see so many people moving as they shoot. It makes the bullet go off. Shoot and move right after.

Practice. I never knew how to quickscope or even wanted to, but I play sniper a lot and after a while it just became a habit.
