I just cant grasp it. Black holes. Space time. Time. Time travel. Space. Universe. I can't really grasp Astro-physics/Astronomy etc. I'm young-ish (have yet to graduate High School, but I'd rather not share my information due to trolls and flamers) We'll start off with time travel. I can't really grasp how that would be possible, because isn't time just something we use as a measurement of change that happens over a period of time? (Whaaa? Just used the word time to describe time). Isn't it just a "ruler" we use to measure what happened from then til now? How would we be able to manipulate it? Or travel through it? What if we weren't the only sentient beings out there? If we weren't alone, then would their measurements be differen

Gay straight alliance Sooo first off I would like to start this off by saying that [b]1.[/b]This isn't some parody thread and [b]2.[/b]I support gays. So on Facebook some kids at my school have made some group called the "Gay Straight Alliance". Now I'm fine with the idea of it, but the thing is that they're using it to gain attention. They're flaming any student who isn't a part of the group (me included) for being "homophobic" and "ignorant". They're also riding around on high horses acting like they're the rulers of morality due to this. I didn't join the group because I don't see the need to go around praising how homosexuals and heterosexuals should have equality. I mean they deserve equal rights but where

Battlefield Circle Strafers So if you play BC2, you probably know how if you play Port Valdez CQ, Atacama, Oasis Rush, Heavy Metal CQ or any map with choppers, you know that there are people who like to capture all flags and circle strafe the base (or circle strafe the spawn in Rush). Soooo this is a question for those who do: How do you think the whole "dominate the entire game via air vehicle" thing is going to turn out when BF3 comes out? I ask this because not many console players have experiences with jetplanes ON console. I know there are plenty of you who have played since BF2 on PC, but in my opinion, FPS are easier with mouse+keyboard. Then there are a few of you who played Modern Combat on the original and downloaded it

The AdiPower Predators So I've been primarily a Nike wearer for a while (since the T90 Laser I's debut) and haven't payed much attention to Adidas. Right now I wear CTR360 II (non-elite version, I don't really care much for the carbon fiber on a control boot), and Vapor VII's, not the Superfly's (a gift from a relative). Now a couple of my teammates have the AdiPower Predators and they say that they have the control of the 360's, and the shot of the Lasers. Are they really that good? Because I wore the Predator X for a bit but that boot was horrible and I returned it, and at first I wasn't gonna try the AdiPower (because it had the same power spine technology the X's had) but now I'm a bit skeptical. So are the AdiPower's really that good?
