Get a fafnir. The only downside is the fact that they look horrendously ugly compared to elemental weapons.

RA Staff gives 30% Boss and another 30% Boss from 4 set (along with more %Ignore PDR and less slots). compared to a measly 10% at best from Elemental and lower base matk o_o
ignoring everything else and looking only at 60% Boss compared to 10% Elemental boost (which you don't get fully anyways since right now best DPS is GC+CL back and forth and post-RED, just CL if you're EStaff7 that's just 5%). assuming the 10% is multiplicative with everything else (which i believe it is and my calcs show that for the most part when I've done testing), for 60% Boss to be worth less, you would have to have 500% Boss from other sources. which is impossible

get fafnir, more %boss is not an easy stat to come by as well as higher base matt

im already getting the 3-set bonus which is +50 matt from hat bottom and top should i still get the ra staff ?

Hard decision to say since ele staff since the ele boost and you have the ra equips already.
