Fight for Aswan Package I'm not 100% sure if it's worth getting because I have a couple uncertainties on some of the items. Revolutionary Miracle Cube: Apparently they work like Super Cubes giving a higher change to range potentials to higher tiers. The question is - since they can change lines from 2-to-3, can they also change them from 3-to-2? Pam's Song: How exactly would they work on the new Aswan Scrolls if they were to fail? (The Aswan scrolls use multiple slots). Would Pam's song negate all of the failed slots or just one out of the multiple ones used?

General Phantom

Phantoms and Magic I noticed when stealing a max leveled heal from a cleric, the value doesn't even come close to 300%. I haven't tried comparing other magic spells yet, but it makes me wonder if magic attack still affects magic damage (and if that is the case, can Phantoms still use skills while equipped with common umbrellas..) I'll have to steal thunderbolt next time I get the chance, but does anyone have an idea how calculations work for magic based damage on a Phantom?

A Conversation Between the Black Mage and his Advisor A giant castle that remains untouched by any wandering adventurer lies shrouded in the darkness. A plump, wary individual approaches its gloomy front gates to meet two guardians clad in hooded black robes. The visitor distinguishes hisself by displaying a violet jewel that hung from his neck. The guardians nodded and allowed him to enter. The strange man weaved his way to the front door. The giant barrier adhered to his presence indicating that he was without a doubt welcome to come inside. Thunderous footsteps of a creature that wore eerie glowing eyes lunged towards the man no longer than ten seconds as he entered. The creature that was nearly twice the visitor's size stared him down,

Question About Recovery Potential Hello. I recently purchased mage appropriate shoes that increase HP Recovery Items and skills by 20% However, I am still curious as to which mage skills are affected by this Potential and which are not between these skills: Cleric - Heal (Even though I pretty much know this works). Battle Mage - Blood Drain Evan - Recovery Aura (Most likely not since this on is only MP) Evan - Soul Stone Arch Mage - Infinity (Currently my Biggest concern) Whether or not it works on the skills I want them to, the fact that it's 8% Int automatically makes them better than my old shoes.

Wind Slayer is Officially Dead On July 22nd, only two days after the GMS "Age of Battle," Update went live, MMORPG Company Outspark decided to post an unsettling announcement among Outspark fans. Outspark will pull the plug on Windslayer on August 10th. To those of you that never played/heard of Windslayer, it was a 2D side-scrolling MMO that somewhat compared to Maple Story a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, that game suffered a lack of critical updates, game balancing and even events to keep the game interesting. (Picture Maple Story with back when Papulatus was the latest content and having the game stay that way to this very day and it's roughly the same thing). I never really attached myself to that game myself, but I cert

One minor note about hacking in PVP For those of you that are under the impression that you cannot report any player while in PVP, that is not correct. There is a little red button (that looks like a siren) above the right edge of your MP bar. From there, it will ask you to choose between a list of users that are near you on the map. Make sure you choose the right person! It should also be noted that this method is also useful on PvE maps where the hacker can be seen on the map radar, but is hiding off-screen and out of clicking range. The button has been there for a while. I guess it's easy to miss, but it is a bit annoying that so many people never knew it was there. Also, for those who say that reporting is useless, it is only as impoten

The Quest Booster (EXP Item) makes me sad Since Chaos went live, a new cash shop item called the "Quest Booster," entered the game. It comes in a 10 day package for 2500 NX and a 30 day package for 5500 NX. The item allows you to attain double experience for completing a quest. It is a very conventional item and all, but it makes me sad for one reason: An item this godly will never be permanent. Let's start off by answering a frequently asked question. The Quest Booster card works on ALL quests AND Party Quests. so if the Hoblin PQ gives an end prize of 89000 experience points, the card will double it. The Lord Pirate PQ gives two EXP prizes (one for completing and another based on how many of his minions you defeate

The Azumanga PVP Tespia Report I PVP'ed basically all day yesterday, and this is what my observations have seen thus far: I only used an F/P there to see how they would performed, and once I got used to it, I was almost always in the top 3 at every free-for-all (Azumanga of Tespia). The only times that my person did not make the top three is if there were other archmages that were more skilled (and less laggy) than me. In terms of Tespia, they all but dominate the playing field. As many threads would agree, F/P are really strong there. From an F/P perspective, these are the only other classes that tended to give me a run for my money (besides other FP/IL archmages): Heroes (A good one can persistently chop me up.) Other explorer warriors co

The New 'Android Equip' Tab in Tespia. I have been playing around in Tespia recently. One of the changes I've noticed is this: there is a new 'Android Equipment' Tab to the left of your personal equipment tab. On the Android Equipment Tab, there are these options: Cap Forehead Gloves Clothes/Top Pants Shoes Mantle Naturally, I am curious as to what kind of clothes this android can exactly wear. For example: Is it possible to dress your android up in common equips that all classes can normally wear? If any of those said equips had potential, could those stats stack with the clothes that your character is wearing? I highly doubt that is the case, but nevertheless, I am curious.

LHC Tactics: Why Bearwolves? I was traveling around LHC and apparently there is one monster that is stronger than the bearwolves and they are Castle Golems. I tried soloing them on my mage to find out that they were not only much easier to deal with, but the map I experimented on (Tall Castle Walls 2) was a lot more concise to the point where it's much easier to navigate than the most popular bearwolf map that parties use. Add that to the fact that their KB is very low and they give more EXP, I'd have to ask: "Did I miss something?" The only thing wrong with them is that they're strong to all forms of magic (Element Reset works wonders...) and warrior classes are likely to get sent flying constantly, but for classes like an

Fire Demon: A Newfound Respect Earlier I made a thread complaining about how Fire Demon isn't as entertaining as it used to be, but I actually found a use for it after I decided to take a break from LHC and complete my first Time Temple quest! I was strolling down memory lane and trying to think of efficient patterns to fighting the Memory Monks only to find that the Fire Demon + Big Bang combination was the funnest one I had. Once you splash the creatures with fire demon, they begin to lag, allowing you to fully charge a Big Bang attack before the monsters start to counter. FD drops the monsters' fire resistance by a stage allowing that skill to be much more powerful than what it would be like before using FD. Of course with a high leveled

Please excuse me while I whine about "Empress' Prayer." Empress Prayer is a skill that gives a max LVL Cygnus Knight a damage buff and the ability to hit high leveled monsters for two hours. If you die, the skill does NOT wear off, and the cooldown time is 24 hours. That sounded fair to me until I actually gave it a try. Much to my dismay, the cooldown time does not tick unless you are logged on the character. I know every other skill in the game has this drawback, but something like this should be an exception.. The way I see it, I only see two options to combat this weakness. 1) Buy a personal shop when I idle and try to sell items while the timer burns 2) Buy Time Leap from a random Buccaneer... I was hoping to configure my Cyg
