Guide to Set Reliant Skill Build Post-Mutiny Here's a little build I thought of that I'm going to use so I get maxed skills throughout the whole thing revamp. There isn't much use for it except for Blackboot bill, which only increases some %. Otherwise, it's still nice to know that every skill you use are being used at the highest %. Boss Damage vs Ignore Defense Well my friend and I were chatting earlier on about our guns. His is 70% pdr 30+25% boss and mine is 60+25% boss. In total he would have 120% PDR post revamp and 98% boss in total. I would have 50% PDR with 128% boss post revamp. [b]Is me lacking 50% PDR worse than him lacking 30% boss?[/b] [i]If so, how much more PDR would I need to compensate for the 30% boss I have over him?[/i] He told me that it's different for different bosses, so I'm unsure how practical these calculations are. I've also read somewhere that in post-justice %Boss 'will be definitive over %ignore'. So I am a bit ambiguous on this.
