Which X/y starters are you gonna pick?
With the introduction of the fact that not only do we get our Kalos region starter, we get a Kanto starter as well it made things quite difficult for me especially due to the new Mega-Evolution system. My favorite Kanto starter is Squirtle because Blastoise, however Blastoise's Mega is meh. Venusaur looks virtually the same, and Charizard is the only one that actually looks evolved.
I am a Bug-bro first and a Water-bro second. So I always pick the water starters. I'd pick both Froakie and Squirtle BUT that's just bad parenting mama! I can't play through using 2 water types unless Froakies final evo has some majorly different secondary typing. I'm thinking it might be flying due to clouds around his neck.
My final conclusion however, was that I will be choosing Froakie and Charmander.

dunno what Kalos starter i want (not fennekin, at least) and i'm going to box whatever Kanto starter immediately
reintroduction of Kanto pokemon for nostalgia's sake makes me want to vomit

last one i played was Black/White, seemed like at that point it was going downhill, so IDK if imma be getting any more Pokemon games.
