Less dmg with stolen skill?
Ok, so I stole a lv 20 Cold Beam to kill King Pepe with. However, Cold Beam is hitting lower than Calling Card, even though they're both 170% per hit. Why is this happening?
Edit: Wait...Does King Pepe resist ice? Hidden-street says no, but it might be wrong.
