Grimoire Weiss? A Grimoire is just basically a magical book in general. I don't know what Nier is either o.o
What's confusing about the comic? The plot, or the panel order? If it's the Panel Order, it's read left to right, up to down. That order also includes speech bubbles (With a few exceptions, but it'll say if something else should be read first). If it's the Plot that confuses you, then I don't know how I can fix it for you. Other people can read and understand it well.
