is keeping this food at room temperature safe?
hello everyone, just wondering if these naturally smoked pepperoni sticks (pepperettes or w/e) are okay to keep in room temperature. I've left them in my room for about a day or so and i haven't opened the bag. It says keep refrigerated but i just wanted to know if there will be bacteria growing or whatever? It's not like it's noodles or something

Dude they're absolutely fine, it's only been a day and they're still in the package, there won't be any bacteria growing on them lol.
Well... my mom keeps lap cheong sausages out in the open... (usually with plastic wrap)

If it says keep refrigerated that means it's a perishable
I think packaged food is ok if you don't refrigerate them before you open...?
