question about contracts and stuff If a restaurant signed up with a website, should the company have a copy or have the actual contract with signed signatures? Because we cancelled the website and paid a deposit, but they won't give the money back and we never signed a contract telling us details of certain things because we did not know about them or were not told. They said we should have a contract outline but we never did and it was through the phone. So should a company have the copy or the actual contract with signatures?
is keeping this food at room temperature safe? hello everyone, just wondering if these naturally smoked pepperoni sticks (pepperettes or w/e) are okay to keep in room temperature. I've left them in my room for about a day or so and i haven't opened the bag. It says keep refrigerated but i just wanted to know if there will be bacteria growing or whatever? help with computer problem Hi so recently, my computer started to restart itself after I start up games as well as videos (videos aren't big of a problem like 95% of the time). What happens is when I start up a game, my fan starts to speed up incredibly fast and then my computer would shut down as though i took out the plug or something. Then it would reboot itself and this only happens when i play games and the sometimes rarely videos cause it as well. It has never happened to me before. It's a gateway DX4850. So does anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix it? I'm not good with computers btw so I'd appreciate any help! Also I've tried shutting down my computer for a day, and then i opened a game up again and the same thing occ
can anyone good with computers help me? So I've had this problem occur to be recently: first it started off with me playing a game (combat arms) and then suddenly after like 4 minutes into the game my screen freezes and i get a BSOD( i tried playing again and same thing happens to me like 3-4 times). I updated my nvidia drivers to the latest one and i was able to play for a few solid hours... so i thought everything was fine... the next couple of days the same thing happened but my computer screen freezes, then the fan speeds up really fast and restarts itself with no BSOD. This can also happen when i'm watching some videos as well. Seriously need to fix this problem! thanks!

how do you deal with this girl leading on for 3 months please look at that thread, i stated all the facts about how we've been for 3 months so i've been lead on because i 100% got friend-zoned and now idk how to deal with her. like for this situation, based on the facts in my other thread...it's weird how a girl can lead you to this extent and just make it obvious that she doesn't want you as a bf like last minute...after 3 months (it's not because i took too long, she just has standards that a guy MUST HAVE otherwise she wouldn't be their gf) how should i act now? avoid her? continue being a friend but avoid her more? or should i just be like whatever and not give her the attention anymore? how would you deal with this? i'm pretty pissed
