maplestory azwan green message?

everytime I finish with the fight for azwan, there is a green message from Jean Pierre: Psst! I got some new item in stock! come take a look! Oh, but if your honor level increased, why not wait until you get a circulator? If I do not get the message, I normally will get 4-5 circulator, but if the message shows up, I get none for finishing the pq. What is going on? how can I get more circulator from the pq? what does this green message mean? did I do something wrong? 0.0

@Doorslam: i just click ok normally and get my circulators.
you get circulators upon honor level up: it's not tied to the azwan run you just did.

@misslime: oh was 1 of the buddies. but really idk what other safer ways to get them

edit: it did work for me so far, but not sure if u can still miss out some even if u wait by not pressing the ok button. its like less than 10 secs of waiting anyway, so i just do that everytime.
some ppl say the safest way to get circulators is that even after u see the green text dont press ok, just wait till u get the circulators then u will be kicked out of the map
who says that?

What Jean has available for sale changes every time you finish a round. That's why you get the message. It's not that the message is preventing you from getting circulators. You get a set number of circulators at the end of the round every time your honor level increases(which he mentions, but it's not exactly clear).
