Anybody use circulators yet?
I used two rank-7 circulators and these were the results:
First circulator: one rank A and one rank C
Second circulator: one rank B (converts 20% avoidability into HP) and one rank C (9% buff duration)
I've used SO many circulators before this patch and never ever got any rank A's or anything good for that matter, and I use TWO after the patch and I already have the effect that I wanted. Insane.
What have you gotten from Inner Ability after the patch?

attack+1 for every 20 levels. im lvl 187. I want boss line tho.
have 25% critical on an S line, but 2 C lines.
bought 70 Special Circulators... tempted to shoot for 2-3 S lines.

I've got like 130 circs to use that are rank 5, 6 and 7. Level 65 atm, gonna get to 70 then use everything I have.

I got a S Rank 50% wep def to attack (I have no idea, but I got rid of it because I didn't need)... would be useful when your wep def gets buffed to max level 99,999....
i had gotten a line of att +12 i think it was then the next was 22% crit. although i reset it because i had like 40 more circs. i regret it lol ended up with 3 lines of luk adding up to 43 -,-
before the patch i got 1- 15% avoidability, and on 2- item drop increase 5%. im a treasure hunter and bosser, i really dont know if i should change mine, and therefor i think they will stay like this until someone convinces me otherwise
I have 48 Rank-8s, 20 Rank-5s, and 19 Specials. I'll use them when I get to 30 Honor
Does anyone know if the honor level required to unlock the 3rd line of inner ability was lowered?

You can get honor exp 24 hours a day now
I got +27 atk before the patch, so I'm undecided on whether or not I want to use more.

I'm not sure... I bought a few rank-7's before the patch, and they still say rank-7, but the results are undoubtedly changed according to the new system.
@zarago you can get Honor exp anytime you want after this patch.
