That's incorrect. Most people do not fall under strictly "straight" sexual orientation. It's perfectly possible for him to be bi with tendencies towards women.
OT: With that being said, I feel like 13 is too young to be able to classify yourself as bi. You've most likely just started puberty. Your body/brain is not fully developed and you don't have the life experiences necessary to even know what you prefer.
