Buff Mastery Post-Ascension doesnt work When I activate/deactivate buff mastery my range stays the same Can't find anything about this but cant imagine I am the only one who noticed/have this problem

Good time to buy 50% wand scrolls? Hello all I'm making a f/p mage atm (one of the few) and I want to scroll an ele wand 5 in windia the cheapest in stores are now 150mil~200mil What is the smart thing to do I need at least 9 50%'s so yes an extra 10mil each matters So shall I buy now or wait till they get cheaper.
