What do people have against long hair?
I mean on a guy, specifically a chinese one.
This is because, while i have semi-long hair (like, medium for a girl, LONG for a guy to people) people always tell me to get a haircut. ~_~
And then my friends who have similar/longer hair are just fine (although they do get haircuts voluntarily)...
So, I'm asking you, is there something bad with a chinese guy having long hair? D:

yeah it's probably because you look greasy
there's this one asian guy at my school who had hair past his shoulders at my school but you can tell he straightens it every day so it actually looks nice.

@xPiruPandax: I get my hair trimmed to rid it of any dead/split ends, but not full on cut. Every 6 months or so I get it chopped fairly short then let it grow out again.

It can damage your hair when you shampoo it everyday, make it dry. But it really depends on the hair. I shampoo my hair everyday as well because i really hate hate hate when my hair is greasy even when its just a little bit and my hair is perfectly fine. Conditioner isn't a must EVERYDAY, once or twice a week is enough.

@sonikuboy, Not sure if you're trying to sound smart or just like being rude, but I used to shampoo every other day and condish everyday, but I found that my VERY THICK hair did not like it. It feels much better now than it did then. No reason to be mean.

long hair is just awesome...just keep it clean
and on asians it's supposed to be even better...
Long hair rarely looks good on guys, especially because MOST guys don't take very good care of their hair and just let it hang down all dry or greasy.
Short hair just looks cleaner and matches a guys facial structure better
I have nothing against it :o
