Whats better on Battle Mage and whats cheaper
i have a 132 battle mage and was wondering what is better Full empress or %int? and whats cheaper but still effective? i hit around 20-10ks right now with 16%int and nooby equips. Thank you for your HELP!

Full set without the cape is about 300-350m with the weapon being the biggest expense. Aside from that the pieces themselves are around 35-60m. The Cape is really rather expensive though.

Both. Given your current equips, I'd totally go full empress, and without cubes, the best thing you can get for %int is nebulites.
My main sources of %int with empress equips is my belt and earrings. You can get a good 20% with just a good belt and good earrings.
