How exaclty does the UE skill leve for reg adventurers?
As it says above, i know that it levels every 10 levels of the character, but say i started it now on my 133 hermit, would the skill start at level 1 and go to 2 when i hit 143? or how would it work? I want to get the skill for completion sake, and i know it wont be useful really for a NL (Drain does the same essentially). But curiousity sparked.

No. If you're passed lvl 110, you just gotta repeat the 10 soul light quest at your lvl.
So it would be:
1) 20 lunar dews <- Able to start at lvl 70
2) 10 soul lights <- Able to start at lvl 70 after you collect lunar dews
3) 10 soul lights <- Able to start at 80
4) 10 soul lights <- Able to start at 90
5) 10 soul lights <- Able to start at 100
6) 10 soul lights <- Able to start at 110
So if you start the lunar dew quest at 110, you CAN get it to lvl 5 at 110, if you don't lvl up trying to collect the stuff.
