MrHoodoo Unable to contact server So, my laptop has been unable to connect to maple for a few months now, and every time i try, it forces me to the patch screen, stops and says "Unable to contact the server" or something to that affect, and locks up the patch update. Now it also looks like i can't connect to internet explorer at all either, which i thought was the issue, so far i have tried; Reinstalling MS Reinstalling IE Uninstalling MS, then reinstalling IE so maple isn't causing the issue, then reinstalling Ms and trying. Nothing has worked, and i'd love any help you can provide ^_^ Thanks!

MrHoodoo How exaclty does the UE skill leve for reg adventurers? As it says above, i know that it levels every 10 levels of the character, but say i started it now on my 133 hermit, would the skill start at level 1 and go to 2 when i hit 143? or how would it work? I want to get the skill for completion sake, and i know it wont be useful really for a NL (Drain does the same essentially). But curiousity sparked.

MrHoodoo Equip upgrade questions So i was speaking with some other maplers and they suggested these upgrades: 5 atk 2 line epic FS -> 3 line unique 80 + thief shoes. Is 15 - 21% to a stat better than 5 atk and say 6/4 % stats 4 atk 0 slots 3 line rare PAC -> 3 line lvl 75+ cape is 15-21% better than 4 attack and up to 6/4/4 % to a stat? Is a reverse lubav still a good upgrade? i mean a 10 attack 2 or 3 lined lubav is good but is SE from gloves still worth it? should i upgrade to a Ravana or Czak helm? (current targar is 25 dex 18 luk 2 line epic) Should i scrap my 2 lined 19 luk 1 dex epic Dark pirate top for a 3 lined lvl 80+ top? Thanks ^_^ Subconscious

MrHoodoo What is Avg %/hr for 100+? Currently, i've been in the slumps, and slowly i've realized that BB made me relearn how to train my hermit. Now i can smash out damage like it's no one's buisiness, and i've seen that training area's for me at 111 are things like DGP and GP, then Vikings. I've been at Duku in Ulu city, and i'm not doing so hot exp wise. Any words of motivation? lol I'm curious what kind of % per hour people around my lvl are getting and where. MrHoodoo Hermit Questions could use some help so i have some questions quite important to me with all of the changes, and i've been a bit out of the Forum loop on SW and basil, so here it goes: 1. From what i understand, skill books (TT10, VS10 etc...) are no longer needed, only TT20/TT30 respectively are. Is that the case now? 2. Skills have changed up drasticly, Avenger can now pump out more damage than L7 per hit if you have a decent mob. Also, Hermits can now attack at close ranges, Does this make Ninja Ambush useless? 3. Dark Flare... that is all... Personally i love it, and i'm curious to know something that interested me. Say you have a dark flare down, and you hit an enemy that has damage reflection up, would the progression go: Hit, Reflect

MrHoodoo Thoughts on the Logitech chair event So for anyone who doesn't know, there is a new chair, only available by spending at least 24.99 + S&H for a game controller, that you may not logically use for maple due to the clear restrictions it presents. No typeing, having to consolidate all of your skills etc to a specific set of keys... you can see the problems here. MrHoodoo Kung Fu Styles question So i'm curious if anyone knows what determines what animal style you learn. Ie. Mantis, monkey, tiger, leopard, crane, dragon. Is there a better style for different body types? I'm starting Kung Fu classes on Monday so i wanted to get the skivvy from someone who knew the structure ^_^ Thanks!
