If you mean "Always" as in all the time, then your completely wrong. EMS had ONE month back 3 years ago now or so, and rings wasn't even out that time.
EMS follows the KMS/MSea road mostly the past 1 year, so we get what they get mostly... hence the MoN's with slots. And for the "Ani pendant" with slots... i've not seen ONE person in entire EMS have it so far, it's like 0.0000000000001% chance as reward or not in the reward list at all (you know Nexon...), so thats not accualy avaible eihter.

We only have very few rings with slots: Golden ring (Rare Pigmy reward), Almighty Ring (every version got this), A special golden Wedding ring (GMs also have this?).

And for my maths regarding the output of the potential stats we would get from these things:
- perfect scrolled golden ring with 3% luk, 3% luk, 3% luk (most unlikely to ever get this, but still possible):
Dark Angelic Blessing still beats this ring by MILES (i've done many calcs and it beats it in every way), and if you're potential locked at a boss the golden ring is rather useless.
- Almighty ring/wedding ring (3% luk, 3% luk,3% luk):
The normal Angelic Blessing even beats these 2. And even the Evolment ring beats it by alot.
Need i talk about Evolment ring 3 with 10 att 10 all stats?

What we don't have is Shoulders with Slots like GMS have. So we're not getting "everything always" as you state.
EMS doesn't have silent crusade which can get 1-2 att rings with some stats eihter. or the monster book.

The price you'd pay for any ring with slots is really insane compared to what you could get other better rings cheaper.
Long story short... I think i've made it clear that EMS doesn't really benefit much (if at all) from these rings with slots.

@PinkGreen If you read it clearly says tradable with PSoC and no not everyone is hacked once during their ms career. I have been playing since 2005 and have not been hacked. Only morons who download "Meso Generators" and go to shadey sites and then when it ask them to run a java application in the background they hit yes not knowing what it is.
