Well, same outcome as if it did start 1 below. So either way, it's missing 1 m atk o.O

that 1 missing matt alone would be a dealbreaker for me. and even starting average is kind of a turnoff - there are so many eles floating around there's really no reason any perfected staff should start <180 clean.

OT: i asked the same question about my estaff which is 228 matt with one enhance a couple weeks ago. i forgot exactly what answer i got, but i believe it was around 2-3b.
however, my staff was without potential, so i think yours could probably be quite a bit more. i think you should get it to unique or legendary though. the extra tiers will net you a lot more profit. just a random question, was your staff under average before you began scrolling?[/quote]
