Do people even Pq now?
That was my favourite part years ago - I haven't played in a long time, is there any point in doing them now or has the EXP they give out been ramped up to match with the easy levelling?
Yes, plenty of people PQ. Not sure what the numbers are now since they implemented cross-world party quests.
For some of the more obscure or less popular Party Quests such as Orbis PQ you can still find a group of people if you advertise enough.
OPQ was my favourite, with that glitch I got from 50-70 really quickly when it used to take months haha

Getting the text box's accept button just ontop of the NPC so you can just click.. =P
OT: Like others said, depends on the PQ. I like to do Tangyoon's PQ by myself just for fun sometimes when I half afk.
Depends on the PQ.
Many lv 60-70s do Ludi PQ for it's quick exp.
Many people from 70-110/120 do Romeo and Juliet PQ grinding against the Roid stage (not actually completing the PQ)
And then there's Dimension Invasion PQ for 140-170/180... though most people skip fighting the boss.

There aren't enough people left to PQ.
