Forum layout is not intuitive I'm back after years and see the site has a new 'sleek responsive' layout. It's really hard to process the forum information/threads and makes the general browsing of the site a real pain. Just some feedback - I wish thread lists had more information about which forum/board they were in, number of replies, time posted, user who posted it, etc. Atm it's just like a big giant spreadsheet-esque list of threads and not an intuitive browsing experience, if I click to see thread in 'site' or 'chat' or 'general' they all look identical. Even when posting i nearly missed where to enter the thread title because it was greyed out and difficult to see that was the thread title area. I think UX could do with a revamp.
Quest Specialist Medal I just got the Quest Specialist medal on my 3x character - I have a lot of characters and have done a lot of quests over the years so I'm assuming it took all of them into account? As there is no way I have done 800 quests on this new char haha, just started playing again. Or is it a glitch?
Game is down at the minute for maintenance I just literally made a new character to start playing, and it's down! I couldn't see an announcement so thought I'd post... What do I need to know before I start playing again? I am coming back on Friday/Saturday after my last exam - I haven't played in years, what's going on at the minute and what do you think the first thing I should do is so I'm not wandering around for hours getting to grips with things again?
Do people even Pq now? That was my favourite part years ago - I haven't played in a long time, is there any point in doing them now or has the EXP they give out been ramped up to match with the easy levelling?
Do you think Nexon reads these forums? Just wondering, it's like a user-experience honesty gold mine. Not that I know how much influence Nexon America has over the HQ.
Should I just play Gms instead? I've had a GMS account since 2006 and every time I try and switch to EMS I find that it's completely dead and inactive. Should I just stick to GMS? Are there other Euro players there still? I'm planning on starting playing again after my last uni exams on June 6th, just wanna make sure I wind up somewhere active :)

2012 on Basil Five years ago, in 2007, BasilMarket was where I first learned about this 2012 business. It was literally posted about every other topic. It was part of the Basil Cycle (2012 -> azn seal -> do u leik gay marriage -> can't find a wii anywhere -> 2012) It died down over the years, but I thought it fitting to come back to the one place on the internet where it seemed to be a bigger deal than anywhere else, and just post... WE MADE IT.

Pc Gaming Headset Recommendation? Quickly please Hey lovely Basilers, I am ordering a headset as a gift for someone and I need to pick a -really- good one for PC gaming. This is the one they currently have at the minute: It's a bit old though and I think they're finding it painful to wear recently so I'd like to get them a really awesome one as a surprise. I know they ordered a Turtle Beach one a few months ago but it was randomly cancelled by the seller, so would that be a good brand to start looking at? I'm willing to spend £30-£35. I joined Gms in 2006, wondering if I should restart I actually live in Europe but I started playing in Windia in 2006 when I was 14, I'm 21 now and a bit worried I'm too old to play now. I've taken so many breaks I'm wondering if I should just start with a clean slate and go back to the beginning, or just give up and play on EMS? I've tried to restart 3/4 times but I can never find an active community that's online as often as I am. Anyway, advice would be appreciated!
