Um... Listen, that's when a 2x EXP and drop event comes, there pros buy 2x coupons and if they're already priests they just use holy symbol, therefore: 2xx2xx1.5x= 6x (math already changed afaik and that's the proper math I think). If not, you're going to stay with 1.5 EXP all the way, which is still nice.

FYI the skillbooks were erased completely so no class requires it and mastery books got a good update so you should look around.

As a Bishop, very quick, and around my level you might have around 40k-50k MP (200 or so, the MP boost is crazy per level).

No he is not, some pros can get their character to lvl 100/120 in about two and a half hours on 2x/4x exp it's a crazy world dude.

Assuming you're not just joking, I think it would be best for you to simply try the game again. From what you're saying, you've been gone a long, long time. A little grounding to form a framework into which to take advice would probably help you understand faster.

After a few hours messing around, or whenever you feel you have a sense of the game again, you should read the update notes for all the major patches since you left.

On a new character, reaching 4th job at 100 takes about 3 hours if you know what you're doing and have everything set up correctly.

Thanks, that's so weird that we become mages at 10 now instead of 8. And I wasn't really around when Skill Books came into play so that's interesting to see that explorers don't need them any more! Do mages still have loads of MP anyway despite the Int change?

Oh haha i didn't read that carefully enough . I've been awake for 24 hours. Yeah i decided to remake a shadower and maybe a paladin for my second character.

@sevenxxxx: And that's why I said "you too", if you're going to start fresh, the best beginner-friendly options are ither Paladin OR Bishop since you don't really need that much money for potions, besides, Paladin is the tankiest thing ever and Bishop is a great supporter and almost inmortal (if you time right the heal, in this case, angel ray, which is easy).

Priest are pretty sick I had a bishop and it was fun until they didn't let you spam genesis anymore lol. You can get an ap reset from the 9th anny event i think so you can fix the stats if you care about it.

My main is a 9x Priest (that's probably not very impressive any more) but I don't mind making a new char from scratch - think the stats are possibly screwed up on it now anyway Thanks for the thread info will check it out

BTW! you can change your job. EX: your a thief and made a night lord, you can change it to a shadower/ dual blader for a fee
