My inner abilities are 12% boss damage and +12 magic attack. I'm saving up circulators at the moment to try and get attack speed in one big run.

I had the same issue, and I decided to reset my 27 matk inner ability to try to get boss damage or attack speed. I had 3 lines of inner ability, used ~350 special circs... Best I got was rank A boss, but it was only 5%, so I kept circulating. I'm stuck now with 17% buff duration.

Attack speed of your weapon has no effect on your casting speed, however attack speed boosts such as SI do have an effect on it.

I've done it in about 50 seconds or so. If I got the inner ability I want (attack speed) I'd probably do better.

I think I managed 42 seconds... but I've long since moved my equips off my I/L.

I can get it down to 55 secs to 1 min depending if Zak uses any mag def up / seal.
I don't think people actually keep records for Zakum anymore, since its become pretty much of a joke of a boss.
