Gahhh I got one on one of my mules lol. Too bad it's untradeable.
They kinda remind me of Red/Blue potions from Legend of Zelda.

Unfortunately, I'd never get enough NX to gach one, and there's no way in hell I could ever afford one...
I have an HP chair. I'm not sure which one is better O.o They both look pretty legit, and heal 200 of whatever one you have. the descrption says 50, but I tested it and it heals 200.
it's from all gach's atm i believe. It's also untradable to my knowledge. GL!
