Because when you hack in KMS, the consequences repeat themselves in real life.
This simply [i]can't[/i] be the case for GMS, as we don't have the same laws in practice.

I love how everyone is complaining that GMS doesn't get that chair.
You do realize we don't have a wide variety of chairs, right? Like 95% of the chairs in GMS are NOT in KMS.
