Do you get sleepy after eating?
Is it just me or do other people get sleepy after eating a meal?
Like a full meal such as Lunch or Dinner.
I for some odd reason always get sleepy after eating ahaha it's kinda weird but ehh I will never have insomnia ;D

Nope, it only happens to me on the bus though
(Eat at a restaurant, take bus/train home, fall asleep on the bus/train)

idk it's weird huh? lol
well i am a lazy person so that might contribute to it.
Maybe at dinner because you feel satisfied, and usually warm stuff makes you sleepy (like warm showers).
