That happen to me also the stupid box disappeared on me...

yeah i didnt get a box when i clicked on either of my accounts...

if you get it and dont get the feather, and then make room in your inventory and get the box again, will it work that time?

I haven't logged on to accept mine yet, but with my luck, I can picture me not getting it for some reason. >_<

I think you have to have 2 eqp spaces... that doesn't help now because my mercedes didn't get it -_-

To be safe I had 5 slots in my equip inventory and 2 in my use. My Aran didn't get the hat but fortunately I was able to try again and got it on my Luminous. Pot is horrendous though.

Is this event going on today? I thought it was earlier. Havent been playing much but i remember this hot time was coming up... yay! I have access to a comp today! Lol

I got the box in use, opened it and I could pick the hat I wanted.

i got it.

you need room in your USE inventory to get the hat. the hot time box gives you a hat box in your inventory. Then you click the hat box for a hat. Having EQUIP slots is no use for getting the 2nd box (hat box).

Rule of thumb for hot time no matter what the rewards are, have 5 slots open in all tabs to make sure you get it

The wabr hottime was fine with only 1 equip+use slot but I guess the hero box wasn't so good.

I never got my hat as well im glad im not the only one.

I opened it and it said i didnt have any free slots left. box disappears anyway.

I just opened mine, no problem. I had lots of empty slots though... sounds like maybe that's the problem people have been having.

@Mesmus It probably doesn't make any difference. I picked the Luminous feather for my F/P mage, but it's +10 all stats... nothing special for mages unless you're a Luminous, then there's a nice bonus.

You need to have more than 5 slots in your equips tab for the box when selecting for your hat.

I had 1 slot open for the hat, but when I opened the box it said 'You must have at least 1 or more equip spaces available.' etc. and then the box just disappeared.

its more than just the hat lol. I can't get into the cash shop without disconnecting on this account. I tried reloggin numerous times. tried other accounts which worked fine; however, this account just can't seem to access the cash shop.
