Quick Question on Db after Red
So I have a Dual Blade around lvl 40-46 or something. I was wondering if they can actually raise slash storm to lvl 20 yet without buying the skill package from the cash shop yet? Just because of the all the talk on RED taking away the skill books and mastery books. So would I be able to raise my Dual Blades skills without actually monetary purcahses?
